Vegetarian Dining Options
With National Vegetarian Week (16th – 22nd May) quickly approaching we wanted to share with you some of our favourite veggie dishes available at The Cube.
Our Level 7 restaurant, Shogun Teppanyaki, is the perfect place to visit this National Vegetarian Week. From the Tofu Teriyaki to the Yasai Tempura and the Cucumber Maki Rolls on the lunch menu to the aptly named Vegetarian Delight platter board that can be found on the dinner menu, Shogun offers an assortment of plant-based delights that will appease even the most dedicated of meat lovers.

Found on Level 25 of The Cube, Marco’s menu is a lesson in how to use simple, locally sourced ingredients to their greatest effect all enjoyed whilst taking in the best view of Birmingham. For starters, there’s the classic Beetroot & Goat’s Cheese Salad with candied walnuts and merlot vinegar and the Martini Olives. The main course options, meanwhile, boasts Marco’s specialty Macaroni Cheese as well as the restaurant’s tried and tested veggie staple, Gnocchi with Fresh Tomato Sauce, woodland mushrooms and fresh basil.
