Whether you’re taking part in Veganuary or simply looking for some healthier dining alternatives in the Birmingham restaurant scene this year, Marco Pierre White on Level 25 has now teamed up with food pioneering firm Redefine Meat to introduce a mouth-watering selection of plant-based dishes to the menu.

As the first venue in the city to offer this revolutionary new produce, we are so excited to be able to welcome even more vegan and vegetarian foodies into The Cube to sample some of the best, most exclusive plant-based food available in Birmingham. The new dishes will sit alongside the regular favourites on the Winter Menu at MPW, which is available until March and includes an irresistible gnocchi bolognese with Redefine ragu and a sprinkling of fresh brasil.

Also available on the new plant-based menu is the Redefine burger, with melted vegan cheese and a sweet bbq glaze, served in a brioche bun and accompanied with Koffman fries. For a twist on a comforting classic, opt for the Redefine Shepherd’s pie with a healthy serving of garden peas, the perfect pub-grub alternative for any meat-free lover. And it doesn’t stop there – the winter special Redefined pork stuffed aubergine a la marocaine features an explosion of flavours guaranteed to have you coming back for more.

Commenting on the new plant-based menu additions, Marco said: “Redefine Meat’s products expands the plant-based industry beyond minced meat products to whole muscle cuts while giving you all the sustainability and health benefits of plant-based without the compromise on taste and texture.

“I learnt a lot when I was on the vegan diet and it gave me a good insight into what makes a good vegan recipe. You can’t expect to get away with offering a vegetable lasagne or vegetarian moussaka as an after-thought. What we’ve done is develop recipes and combinations that not only appeal to but cater for those who now enjoy a vegan diet.”
