Cocktails at The Cube

Whether you fancy after work drinks or are planning a night out with friends, a whole world of swanky cocktails awaits at The Cube.
HAVE A STYLISH EVENING ON LEVEL 25
Start things off at Marco Pierre White on Level 25, where you can relax on the rooftop terrace and enjoy panoramic views of the city’s skyline. Its cocktail menu has everything from your classic Cosmopolitan and Mojito, through to unique concoctions like Blood and Sand, a cocktail created for the 1922 Rudolph Valentino movie of the same name.
If you’re visiting in the day, why not treat yourself to a three-course set lunch and cocktail? Or if you’re ready for happy hour, make the most of our 2 for 1 cocktails. They’re available Monday to Friday 5pm – 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10pm – 1am.
ENJOY BRUNCH AND BELLINIS AT BARDOLINO
For canal-side dining with an Italian twist, head to Bardolino on Level 6. Its new ‘brunch on toast’ menu is heavenly, boasting avocado, pancetta and poached eggs. Pair with a signature Bellini like a Mimosa, or the Bardolino Cooler for a fruity and refreshing summer fizz.
GUZZLE BOOZY SLUSHIES AT LANE 7
Throwback to the days of drinking slush puppies – only this time, they’re boozy. At the boutique bowling firm, Lane 7, on Level 6, you can enjoy all manner of weird and wonderful cocktails while bowling, having a game of beer pong or playing retro arcade games. Choose from Espresso Martinis and Long Island Ice Teas, right through to Parma Violets and Cherry Bakewells.
INDUGLE IN AN UNLIMITED BBQ AT RODIZIO RICO
Immerse yourself in authentic Brazilian-style dining with Rodizio Rico’s all-you-can-eat barbecue on Level 7. You’ll get charcoal-grilled meats served straight from the grill which go amazingly with a zesty cocktail (or two).
