Bardolino’s Spring Menu
Combining timeless recipes with fresh ingredients, Bardolino’s new Spring menu is ideal for enjoying a taste of Italy. From freshly baked breads and re-vamped brunches, to freshly ground burgers and sourdough pizzas, the new dishes are perfect for a light lunch, early dinner or well-earned family time.
For those of you looking to catch-up with friends and family, or simply take a much-needed shopping break, there’s plenty of brunch options waiting to be discovered. Served between 11am and 5pm, Bardolino’s brunch on toast options come with a topping to suit everyone. From fresh avocado, pancetta and a poached egg to the finest quality smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, there’s a fantastic choice to pick from.
When you think of Italian food, pizza and pasta are sure to come to mind – and there’s plenty to be enjoyed at Bardolino on Level 6. With a choice of traditional toppings, the sourdough pizzas are sure to be a hit. From a simple Margherita with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, to the new Florentina topped with portobello mushrooms, spinach, a free-range egg, mozzarella, sage and porcini oil, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
If you’re more of a pasta lover, discover a classic Penne Arrabiatta, served with chilli, cherry tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil, on the menu, alongside a macaroni cheese with a twist – cooked with woodland mushrooms and a soft boiled egg.
Or, for something to sink your teeth into, why not choose one of the freshly ground beef burgers, grilled to order and finished with a BBQ glaze? From the new Fonzi burger with pancetta, pickled cucumber and mozzarella, to the Alex James finished with Blue Monday cheese and pancetta, there’s sure to be something to your taste. All burgers are served with iceberg lettuce and beef tomato in a brioche bun, complete with a side of pommes frites.
For those with a larger appetite or looking for an extra-special feast, Bardolino has a wide range of starters, including Butterfly Prawn and Calamari Fritto Misto, both garnished with lemon and sauce tartare. Or, if you’re looking for something to share, why not try the new focaccia? Full of traditional Italian flavours, it’s served with sun-blushed tomatoes, black olives, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.
