With the sun desperately trying to show its face now unpredictable English weather has resumed, Bardolino and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill have produced one final summer treat that’s sure to be excite your taste buds. Both have released menus sure to send you on a wholeheartedly satisfying gastronomic journey whether you opt for an authentic Italian or a classically British menu.
Sumptuous Starters
On level 25, you’ll be able to enjoy dishes such as White Asparagus with Black Truffle, Crispy Shredded Duck Salad or an Avocado and White Crab Cocktail to start. Alternatively, Bardolino will see you tucking in to Grilled Jumbo Shrimps with Béarnaise Sauce or a delicious Chilled Tomato Soup with Fresh Basil and a variety of peppers.
Mainstay Meals
Sticking with our Italian counterparts, indulge in either Swordfish Skewers with Mint Pesto or a Crab Meat Salad for main course. Taking things back upstairs to Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, spoil yourself with Roasted Sea Bream with Lemon & Rosemary Couscous or why not a Young Burrata Cheese Panzanella Salad?
Divine Desserts
And so, to everyone’s favourite part of the meal, dessert. Marco’s Summer Pudding will leave you more satisfied whilst the Chilled Rice Pudding with Fresh Passion Fruit has become a diner’s favourite. Putting an Italian twist on proceedings, the Lemon & Basil Posset Short Bread is a certified crowd pleaser and one we can’t recommend highly enough.
