Though a salad may not be everyone’s first choice, Madeleine go some way to ensuring they leave a lasting impression. Try a classic Parma salad featuring prosciutto di Parma and mozzarella with mixed salad leaves. Alternatively, why opt for a tuna salad filled with chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion and sweetcorn?
