Have you found your workout routine getting a little stale? Or not seeing the results you want? Spice up your workout routine as The Club and Spa introduce outdoor fitness classes, that’ll challenge you and help you build a better body just in time for summer.
Get pumped for the week ahead with a little Monday motivation. Spinning is a popular fitness class designed to burn calories and boost your fitness level. The Club and Spa’s outdoor cycling takes all the elements that make Studio Cycling so challenging and popular out of the studio and into the great outdoors.
Spin your way through hill climbs and sprints all whilst improving your cardio endurance and strengthening your legs and core.
Outdoor cycling classes will be held in the Atrium Monday’s at 6.15pm.
Each Wednesday, The Club and Spa will be taking circuit classes to the next level, by bringing the 45 minute bootcamp style class, outside to the Atrium area on Level 6 of The Cube. With music supplied by a live DJ, the class focuses on a wide variety of exercises, changing each week to keep your interest levels high and push you to the next level.
Watch your fitness improve quicker than you thought possible!
Outdoor bootcamp classes will be held in the Atrium Wednesday’s at 6.15pm.
